Description:

SAME as Winery Profile:  Tricó is the name that in Rías Baixas is given to the last child to arrive without
being expected, with big difference in years with the brothers that preceded it.
This Tricó is the last son of winemaker José Antonio López, formerly Lusco and much
earlier in Morgadío. José Antonio López is one of those responsible for the
resurgence of Albariño wine and quality wine.
The beginning of Tricó could not be more encouraging, and since the first
vintage, it is leading Albariño wines of quality.
Tricó is a wine that preserves the floral and fruity Albariño variety and also
has got great structure and fullness in taste, as well as a longer and broader finish.  In short, preserves the freshness and acidity and gains presence and intensity.

Tasting Notes:

Tricó is a beautiful golden yellow with green iridescence  which is clean, bright and intense. The initial aromas include fresh green apples and citrus notes accompanying stone fruits like ripe peach and apricot, as well as tropical pineapple and passion fruit. Delicate floral, herbaceous and balsamic notes complete a crisp and extensive aromatic experience. On the palate, this wine is flavorful and lush, with a nice acidity and finish.
