Tasting Notes

Intensely bright pale straw yellow with green notes. On the nose it reveals a strong perfume of white flowers. Aromatic herbs (lemongrass and thyme) are rounded by white plum sensations. The palate shows a fresh, citrus lemon taste, with white fruit (apple and pears), saline notes and wildflowers with a long finish.
