Don Olegario is located in the Val do Salnés subzone of Rías Baixas. The family-owned winery utilizes only 100% estate-grown Albariño grapes. The pergola-trained vines produce grapes that result in a bright, full-bodied, citrus-rich wine. The third generation of this wine-growing family continues working to obtain the highest quality and personality in their wines.
