Tasting Notes: Intense, bright and clean yellow with golden hues. Deep appealing macerated fruit (apricot, pineapple and passion fruit) with a wrapping background of balsamic notes. Powerful and fruity with good persistence and aromatic finish.
Winery :
Mar de Frades
Val do Salnes sub-zone
Established in 1986, Mar de Frades is located in the Val do Salnés sub-zone. 100% Albariño wines are marketed under the Mar de Frades brand and are instantly recognizable by their distinctive tall blue glass bottle. The label has a thermo-sensitive logo so that when the bottle is chilled to the appropriate serving temperature (52-55º F), a blue ship magically appears, riding the waves on the bottle's label.
