Tasting Notes: Valmiñor displays a brilliant yellow-lemon color. On the nose, the wine shows great complexity marked by intense aromas of fresh grape, citrus and hints of balsamic and apple peel. In the mouth, Valmiñor combines a fruity freshness with a rounded acidity, resulting in an opulent taste.

Established in 1997, Valmiñor is a modern winery with strong Celtic roots, and is located in the O Rosal sub-zone. All their wines come in the very distinctive ' Borgona' (golden)-colored bottle, and include Valmiñor, which is 100% Albariño and Davila, a blend of 55% Albariño, 30% Loureiro and 15% Treixadura.
