ALTOS DE TORONA ROSAL

Each variety is separately hand harvested once the grapes have reached the optimum degree of ripeness. The grapes are crushed, de-stemmed and cold macerated. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures until complete vinification has been achieved. Matured over fine lees for four months, providing greater smoothness and singularity to the wine.

Tasting Notes

Distinctive character as a result of the “coupage” of our distinct varieties (Albariño, Loureiro and Caiño Blanco). Complex aromatic nuances, where fresh and mature fruits converge. High-intensity, with hints of stone fruits and tropical touches of mango and passion fruit.

A well-structured wine with tingling vivacity, well-balanced on the palate. Long, persistent aftertaste while respecting the aromas and flavors of the varieties.
