The wine is comprised of a selection of grapes, ageing with the lees for 24 months(batonnage method ), a little decanting and low concentrations of sulfur-dioxide.

Tasting Notes

Golden color. A complex nose that is unique with ripe apple flavors and mineral notes. The palate is full-bodied, flavorful and balanced.
