This Albario comes from two un-grafted heirloom parcels overlooking Sanxenxo Harbor. Cold macerated must is fermented and aged in stainless steel for over three years prior to bottling.The wine remained for three years and eight months in stainless steel tanks of 1500 liters producing an evolutionary wine that speaks to the winery's traditional viticulture.

Tasting Notes

The dense structure of the wine retains full fruit intensity and mineral notes in a layered and developed multi-faceted style.
