D.O. Rías Baixas in Aspen, Colorado

Food and wine lovers gathered together for an unforgettable weekend at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen. This year, we celebrated 39 years of culinary innovation and excellence, with a special look back at the standout talent, trends, and recipes that have made the Classic a must-visit event for four decades.

The three-day event was packed with cooking demonstrations, wine and spirits tastings, and panel discussions led by some of the world’s most renowned chefs and beverage experts. We were proud to present D.O. Rías Baixas and eight producers from the region in the Wines From Spain tent.
