D. Pedro de Soutomaior

Pedro Madruga: a noble Galician warrior and feudal knight who lived in Galicia at end of the fifteenth century. His victories are attributed in great measure to its habit of rising early. The wine pays tribute to this gentleman, forever an inherent part of our culture and history.

Tasting Notes

Bright and vivid straw-yellow green color with a touch of ripe lemon. On the nose, intense and elegant aromas with hints of fresh aromatic herbs and white flowers, as well as nuances of white stone fruits such as green apples, citric fruits and pears. The palateis persistent, rounded and full-bodied with a light petillance that adds to its vivacious sense of freshness, with a long-lasting finish.
