Eidos de Padrinan

This Galician mono-varietal is a benchmark of the wine cellar: divergent, personal and complex. During Adega Eidos wine-making, traditional and modern methods are applied for an elaborate maceration that extracts the best flavor characteristics from the grape.

Tasting Notes

Bright yellow color. The nose is fresh with balsamic notes and a mineral finish. The palate is complex with fruit flavors, full body, and has a nice long finish.
