Granbazán Etiqueta Verde

A classic albariño from the Val do Salnés: you can taste the nearby sea, blended with fresh citrus notes, herbs and flowers.

100% Albariño sourced from our Finca Tremoedo and other plots // 100% manual harvest in 17kg crates // long skin contact // fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks // aged on its fine lees for 4 months

The Albariño grapes for the GRANBAZÁN etiqueta Verde are come from a first and earlier harvest throughout the whole Finca Tremoedo and other plots. We manually select the grapes with a still greenish skin color and those clones with a long vegetation cycle that would highlight the citric and herbal aromas in the wine. A fresh, yet ripe acidity gives it the Atlantic character that makes it so outstanding and paradigmatic.
