This 100% Albario is made with grapes from the youngest vineyards,grown on sandy loam soils, granite and slightly acidic. Fermented in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18°C (60-65°F) for 21 days.
The color is straw yellow with green trim and intensity. Clean and bright. On the nose, there are medium-high intensity highlights that include green apple and lemon peel, with hints of stone fruit (white plum).The palate is fresh, with citrus and notes of herbs, and an elegant bitter finish.
