Morgadio
The grapes are processed within 30 minutes of being harvested. After processing, a light crushing occurs and free-run juice is gathered. The must of each plot is fermented separately at a controlled temperature of no more than 15ºF.
Tasting Notes
Color: Clean and bright. Straw yellow with greenish touches. On the nose: High intensity of white pulp fruit, such as pear, apple, nectarine and melon, as well as white flower notes (white hawthorn).On the palate: slight bubble tip, greedy and intense with a sweet note; balanced with a sourness touch.
