A Culinary Journey with Albariño Wines

The event featured Albariño wines paired with a bespoke, hyper-local menu crafted by Chef Fox Schanzer, whose culinary expertise from top venues like Gabriel Kreuther. Kevin McGuire, General Manager of La Marchande, served as the host, drawing from his experience and his participation in the 2024 Misión Inversa. Together, Chef Fox and Kevin brought a seasonal, farm-focused approach to showcasing the wines’ versatility beyond Spanish cuisine.
