Pazo San Mauro

A mono-varietal wine resulting from a meticulous selection of the best grapes on the property. The vineyards extend on rolling banks of the riverMio, creating a natural amphitheater, bathed in extraordinary sunlight during the midday hours.

The vines are planted on trellises so that the very best fruit grows in optimum conditions, reaching its peak quality.

The vineyards enjoy an exceptional micro-climate in the most southern and sunniest area of the D.O. Rias Baixas. The grapes are exposed to long hours of sunshine allowing early ripening and complex structures, and yet retaining the maximum acidity.

Tasting Notes

Pronounced varietal personality, with notes of fresh fruit, citrus and floral aromas. Highly aromatic and nicely balanced, with an interesting, tasty and elegant aftertaste.
