Pazo Sanamaro
A special wine resulting from a meticulous selection of the very best grapes on the property. The vineyards extend on rolling banks of the river Mio creating a natural amphitheater, bathed in extraordinary sunlight during the midday hours.
The vines are planted on trellises so that the fruit, in low-yield production, grow in optimum conditions and reaching their peak quality.
The vineyards enjoy an exceptional micro-climate, in the most southern and sunniest area of the D.O. Rias Baixas. Moreover, the majority of these vineyards has a perfect orientation and enjoy constant sun reflection from the river Mio and therefore obtains early ripening and complex structures, yet retaining the integrity of the wine.Tasting Notes
San Maro has freshness and intensity together with structure and complexity. The wine has an elegant palate and persistenton the nose. It has a long finish and ability to age.
