Quinta de la Erre Albarino
Quinta de la Erre Albariño is selected from a harvest of varietals in the vineyards on our property in Eiras in the Rosal Valley.
The wine is then cooled with fermented grape juice before alcoholic fermentation on extraction lees for cold preservation without contact with the wine during 12 days. Then the wine is aged for 30 days in stainless steel vats. The result of that process is then filtered and bottled. The wine rests in the bottle for three months before shipping out to the market.
