Quinta de la Erre Albarino

Quinta de la Erre Albariño is selected from a harvest of varietals in the vineyards on our property in Eiras in the Rosal Valley.

The wine is then cooled with fermented grape juice before alcoholic fermentation on extraction lees for cold preservation without contact with the wine during 12 days. Then the wine is aged for 30 days in stainless steel vats.  The result of that process is then filtered and bottled. The wine rests in the bottle for three months before shipping out to the market.

Tasting Notes

Quinta de la Erre Albario is composed of an elegant selection of Albaro grapes from the only vineyard located in Eiras O Rosal.

The color reflects tones straw yellow with greenish reflections. It is steely, clean, bright and crystalline Welt.

On the nose there are intense notes of nectarine, apricot and peaches mixed with aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, citrus fruits combined with a touch of spiciness.

The palate is dry with an oily finish and and mineral notes with hints of sea spray and iodine.
