Santiago Roma
Made from 100%Albario , Santiago Roma is great for all of the senses. The grapes come from the estate-owned vineyards and are de-stemmed,cold-pressed at low pressures with pneumatic presses, racked in cold with a controlled fermentation at 64-68°F.
Tasting Notes
This wine has a balanced golden lemon color.
On the nose there are slightly dry field notes, balsamic, ripe apple, and subtle hint of dry and clean eucalyptus leaf,
On the palate there are pleasant and clean sensations led by freshness. Laurel, lemon and apple are accompanied by a fresh herb background and a touch of pleasant bitterness that gives life to the wine.
