Santiago Roma Selección
It is the result of a careful harvest of the best grapes from our oldest vineyards(average 40 years).
Made with monovarietal Albario (100%), having being subjected to de-stemming, crio-maceration, cold racking, controlled fermentation (between 18 and 20° C)and aging on lees.
Production is limited and varied depending on the vintage.
Tasting Notes
Golden lemon color.
On the nose, it offers the discrete elegance of Albario with notes of dry eucalyptus and clean grass, a fresh hint of citrus/lemon/tangerine and an attractive acacia flower touch.
On the palate, it conveys the feeling of the grapes from which it comes, and the memory of sweet and clean grape juice, that in its final step leaves a balsamic laurel touch.
