Rías Baixas hosted an exclusive trade and media evening on November 10th with Wine Director Amanda Fraga and Vinya Co-Founder Allegra Angelo. Chef Gaston of Amara at Paraiso led a hands-on empanada-making experience paired with a tasting of sparkling and collection wines from D.O. Rías Baixas, celebrating the origins and charm of Albariño.
