About
Let us introduce ourselves, we are Simon and Noelia, wine growers, partners, husband and wife. It all started years ago when we set a challenge: return to Soutomaior’s Albariño wine the consideration and fame it always had. It was considered for many experts, the best in the world. We planted 6,000 albariño vines on an estate of 7 acres in the mountainside of the Verdugo river. We made a great effort to design a “perfect” plantation, which would exalt the characteristics of sub-area of Soutomaior . To portray the true identity of “terroir”, we needed to renounce the freshness of young wine. That was how we got to develop a Albariño that reached its peak after the second year. The praise and recognition we are getting, make us feel motivated to continue to achieve the dream that pushed us at first. Noelia & Simón
