2-1 Bottle Nora Albariño

Nora Albarino

AGING: Aged for 2 months on the lees in stainless-steel vats.

WINEMAKING: The grapes selected to make this wine undergo a pre-fermentation and maceration at cold temperatures for 6 hours. Following the fermentation period, a batonnage is carried out on the lees.

Tasting Notes

It has a bright, straw-yellow color with green shades and a high aromatic intensity. Fruity, with notes of pear and white flowers, such as honeysuckle. Albariño's varietal aromas and the mineral character of the soil are emphasized in this wine. On the palate, it is a well-structured, full-bodied and elegant wine in which its aging in the bottle is present.
