Rías Baixas Wines had one of its most successful experiences at this year’s Charleston Wine and Food Festival! We enjoyed “hangin’ in the Low Country” and meeting folks from South Carolina and beyond. Rías Baixas Albariño is known as one of the most food-friendly wines available. The most obvious pairing for the dry, juicy grape is seafood – from shrimp and grits (thank you, Hamby Catering for providing this perfect example) to fresh oysters – these dishes are easy to find and enjoy!
